摘要
为解决某车型试制阶段尾门高压水枪洗车试验行李箱内部进水问题,通过理论分析与实车验证,排查密封条质量、钣金内间隙、钣金止口边焊接宽度等影响因素,研究了水流运动路径和密封条泡管压缩后的形态变化,通过对后保险杠型面、尾门密封条断面的修改,对尾门区域的进水路径及密封效果进行了优化,解决了行李箱漏水问题。
In the trial production stage,a car wash test is carried out on the tailgate area with high-pressure water,and it is found water leak in the inside of the trunk.Through theoretical analysis and real vehicle verification,the influencing factors are investigated,such as the quality of the seal strip,the inner gap of the sheet metal,the welding width of the sheet metal stop edge,besides the changes of the water flow path and the sealing strip bubble tube compression.Through the modification of the rear bumper profile and the tailgate seal strip section,the water flow path and sealing effect are optimized,so the leakage problem of the trunk is finally solved.
