摘要
探讨护理不良事件中低年资男护士作为第二受害者的身心体验,采用质性研究法对在护理不良事件中作为第二受害者的11名低年资男护士进行半结构化访谈。利用Colaizzi分析法最终提炼出5个主题:普遍经历第二受害者综合征、进入他责和自责的情境中、职业认知出现改变、采取自我保护措施、难以得到有效的支持应对。临床护理管理者需重视低年资男护士作为第二受害者的体验感受,为男护士提供多种支持渠道和资源,减少深层的职业伤害;搭建多样化的男护士职业发展平台,加强男护士队伍的社会宣传,提升其职业认同感,降低离职率。
To explore the physical and mental experience of junior male nurses as the second victim in nursing adverse events,11 junior male nurses were semi-structured interviewed with qualitative research method.Colaizzi analysis was used to extract five themes:second victim syndrome,connecting to blame others and self-blame,changes in professional cognition,self-protection measures,and effective support deficits.Clinical nursing managers should pay attention to the experience of junior male nurses as the second victim.They should provide multiple support channels and resources for male nurses to reduce deep occupational injuries,build a diversified career development platform for male nurses,strengthen the publicity,improve their professional identity,and reduce the employee turnover rate.
