摘要
目的:观察艾灸联合耳穴压丸改善乙型肝炎肝硬化肝肾阴虚型患者失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年8月-2019年10月于安徽省中医院感染科及安徽省宿州市第一人民医院中医肝病科住院的乙型肝炎后肝硬化肝肾阴虚型失眠患者,共60例,按照数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组患者采用艾司唑仑口服治疗,观察组患者采用艾灸联合耳穴压丸法治疗。1周为一个疗程,治疗2周后观察两组患者在治疗前后入睡难易程度、睡眠时间及醒觉次数,并评价其疗效。结果:①观察组和对照组患者临床总有效率分别为83.3%和66.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②与治疗前相比,两组患者在治疗结束后觉醒次数均明显减少且入睡容易,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,睡眠时间增加(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合耳穴压丸能改善乙型肝炎肝硬化肝肾阴虚型患者的失眠症状,操作简单,成本低,无明显副作用,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with auricular pressure pills on insomnia in patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency of HBV-related hepatocirrhosis.Methods:A total of 60 inpatients with HBV related hepatocirrhosis and insomnia with liver and kidney Yin deficiency who were admitted to the infection department of the first affiliated hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine and the department of hepatology of traditional chinese medicine of the First People's Hospital Suzhou from August 2017 to October 2019 were selected.According to the order of admission,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estazolam orally,while the observation group was treated with moxibustion combined with auricular pressure pills.1 week for a course of treatment.After 2 weeks treatment,to observe the sleep hard degree,the sleep time and the number of awakening of the two groups before and after treatment,and to evaluate its curative effect.Results:①The clinical total effective rate of observation group and control group were 83.3% and 66.7% respectively.After statistics analysis,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)between the two groups.②Compared with the before treatment,the number of awakening of the two groups of patients were significantly decreased after the treatment and the patients fall asleep easily,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the sleep time increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with auricular pressure pills can improve patients with HBV-related hepatocirrhosis liver and kidney Yin deficiency type of insomnia.Its operation is simple,low cost and no obvious side effects,worthy of clinical use.
