摘要
以某钢铁厂烧结工序脱硫脱硝制酸产生的高NH4+-N含量废水为处理对象,采用疏水性的聚丙烯(PP)中空纤维气态膜进行了废水中NH_(4)^(+)-N的脱除和回收工业化应用实验。结果表明,通过良好设计和过程控制,出水NH_(4)^(+)-N的质量浓度均低于15 mg/L,最低为1.2 mg/L,满足GB 13456-2012排放限值要求,且运行稳定。副产的硫酸铵品质稳定,质量分数在10%~18%。
Hydrophobic polypropylene(PP) hollow fiber gaseous membrane was used to carry out the industrialized application experiment on the removal and recovery of NH4+-N in wastewater,regarding the high concentration NH_(4)^(+)-N wastewater generated by the flue gas desulfurization and denitrification system in sintering process of a certain steel plant as the research object.The results showed that,though good design and process control,the mass concentration of NH_(4)^(+)-N in effluent was below 15 mg/L,te lowest value reached 1.2 mg/L,which met the emission limit requirements of GB13456-2012 and the operation was stable.The quality of by-product ammonium sulfate was stable,with a mass fraction of 10% to 18%.
