摘要
大学生志愿服务具有实践育人的功能,辅导员处在思政工作的第一线,基于辅导员视角探究提升大学生志愿服务的育人成效意义重大。辅导员在大学生志愿服务中应该扮演好活动组织者、教育示范者、思想引领者的角色,然而,在实际工作中,辅导员在发挥角色职能时存在“没参与、效果弱、不总结”的问题。为此,一方面,辅导员所在高校要加强对辅导员的培训,提升其思想认识和理论知识。通过信息化管理,将辅导员从繁杂的事务中解放出来,在各类考核、表彰奖励中突出对辅导员参与大学生志愿服务的要求,对参与大学生志愿服务并总结出优秀科研成果的辅导员进行奖励。另一方面,辅导员要通过勤学多练、以身作则、多措并举,发挥好自身角色的育人功能。
Undergraduate volunteer service has the function of practical education,and counselors are at the first line of ideological and political work.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore and improve the practical education effect of college students’volunteer service based on the perspective of counselors.Counselors should play the role of event organizer,education demonstrator,and thought leader in college students’volunteer service.However,in practice,counselors have the problem of“not participating,weak effect,and not summarizing”when they perform the function of their roles.To this end,on the one hand,colleges and universities should strengthen the training of counselors to improve their ideological and theoretical knowledge,liberate counselors from the complicated affairs through information-based student management,highlight the requirement for counselors’participation in college students’volunteer service in various assessments,commendations and rewards,and increase support for the excellent scientific research results summarized by counselors after participating in college students’volunteer service.On the other hand,counselors themselves must be diligent in practice and work,set an example,and take multiple measures,in order to give full play to the educational function of the three roles.
