摘要
地方高校志愿服务是思想政治教育开展社会实践的重要形式,能够有效实现理论教学内容的内化,在培育学生道德素养与价值观念上具有重要意义。近年来,国家高度重视地方高校发展志愿服务,各大院校的志愿服务活动取得了重要进展,但也存在着如志愿服务形式内容单一、管理制度缺失等问题,使得许多学校的志愿服务昙花一现,影响了志愿服务的可持续发展。通过对高校志愿服务的概念和西方国家志愿服务经验进行分析,指出当前地方高校志愿服务存在的问题,并结合思想政治教育元素提出志愿服务体系的改进创新策略,以期为地方高校志愿服务体系的优化提供借鉴和参考。
Volunteer service in local colleges and universities is an important form of social practice in ideological and political education,which can effectively realize the internalization of theoretical teaching content and is of great significance in cultivating students'moral literacy and values.In recent years,the state has attached great importance to the development of volunteer service in local colleges and universities,and the volunteer service activities of major colleges and universities have made important progress.However,there are some problems such as the single form and content of volunteer service,the lack of management system and so on,which makes the volunteer service of many schools short-lived and affects the sustainable development of volunteer service.By analyzing the concept of volunteer service in colleges and universities and the experience of volunteer service in western countries,this paper points out the current problems of volunteer service in local colleges and universities,and puts forward the improvement and innovative strategies of volunteer service system combined with the elements of ideological and political education,so as to provide reference for the optimization of volunteer service system in local colleges and universities.
