摘要
进入21世纪,制造全球化进一步延伸,企业所能获得的利润越来越少。通过对车间布局的优化改善,精简生产流程,实现降本增效的精益化生产,这是制造业继续生存的重要方法。本文以管材制造企业包装车间布置设计为例,构建数学模型并求解,根据具体情况对得出优化方案进行调整。通过与原方案的对比分析,验证了新的布局方案极大程度的改善了当前的生产情况。
In the 21st century,the globalization of manufacturing is further extended,and the profits that companies can obtain are getting less and less.By optimizing and improving the layout of the workshop,streamlining the production process,and achieving lean production that reduces costs and increases efficiency,this is an important method for the continued survival of the manufacturing industry.This paper takes the layout design of the packaging workshop of a pipe manufacturing enterprise as an example,constructs a mathematical model and solves it,and adjusts the optimized scheme according to the specific situation.Through comparative analysis with the original plan,it was verified that the new layout plan greatly improved the current production situation.
