摘要
以A公司染布车间生产流程为研究对象,针对生产流程出现工序设计不合理、工具使用不合适、人机配合不协调的问题,基于精益生产的消除一切无效劳动和浪费的思想,运用ECRS原则、5W1H技术、人机分析等工业工程常用的改善技术,提出了对工序、工具、人机三个方面的改善意见。通过工业工程技术的分析和车间现场不断的验证得出了结论:改善后生产流程的人数减少1位,工序总数减少2个,时间总数减少61min,搬运距离减少342m,节省了人力、时间,提高了设备的利用率。
Taking the production progress of A dyeing factory as research subjects, and aiming at the problems of unreasonable procedure and improper use of tools and inharmonious in man-machine interaction, based on the thoughts of eliminate ineffective labor and waste in Lean Production, this paper tries to use some common methods about industry engineering of improvement, which include the principle of ECRS, 5W1 H, man-machine analysis etc., and puts forward some improve suggestions about the procedure, tools, man-machine. Through the technology of industry engineering and the confirmation of workshop, we got a conclusion: the number of improved production processes has decreased by 1, the total number of processes has decreased by 2, the total time has reduced 61 mins, the distance has reduced 342 m, which saved manpower, time and improved the utilization of equipment.
