摘要
新建蒙西至华中地区铁路煤运通道跨新西公路大桥主桥为1-80m下承式钢管混凝土系杆拱。桥梁上跨高速公路,高墩、大跨径、大断面及复杂的地形条件给系梁现浇支撑系统的设计及施工造成极大的难度。施工时采取针对性的科学支撑系统设计严格控制施工质量,最终克服高墩、大跨径、大断面及复杂地形、构件吊装难度大和安全风险极高等难题,顺利完成系梁浇筑任务,对相似项目的支架设计及施工具有较强的借鉴作用。
The main bridge of the newly built railway coal transportation channel from West Inner Mongolia to Central China across the Xinxi Highway Bridge is a 1-80m under bearing type steel tube concrete tied arch.The bridge spans the highway,high piers,large spans,large cross-sections and complex terrain conditions make the design and construction of the cast-in-place support system of the tie beam extremely difficult.During the construction,the targeted scientific support system design was adopted to strictly control the construction quality,and finally overcome the problems of high piers,large spans,large cross-sections and complex terrain,the difficulty of component hoisting,and the extremely high safety risk.The task of pouring the tied beam was successfully completed,which has a reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
