摘要
本文根据126省道南京段改扩建工程(绕城公路至大周路段)主跨大节段钢箱梁吊装工程的实际情况,阐述了在确保过往船只正常通行的情况下,吊装最大节段钢箱梁施工时采用的吊架设计及验算分析,经过对大节段提升吊架的详细施工技术分析及安全验算,各项参数均符合安全施工要求。为日后的类似项目提供了实施参考。具有里程碑式的重要意义。
According to the actual situation of the main span and large-segment steel box girder hoisting project of the Nanjing Section reconstruction and expansion project of 126 Provincial Highway(Surrounding City Highway to Dazhou Section),this paper expounds the design and calculation analysis of the hanger used in the construction of hoisting the maximum segment steel box girder under the condition of ensuring the normal passage of the past ships.After the detailed construction technology analysis and safety calculation of the large-segment lifting hanger,all parameters meet the safety construction requirements.It provides implementation reference for similar projects in the future and has milestone significance.
