摘要
为明确注聚区块清防蜡技术适应性,优选出经济效益较好的适用于注聚井的清防蜡方式,对注聚区块使用的掺水热洗、水泥车热洗、固体防蜡工艺和防蜡油管工艺进行了分析,并分别计算了不同工艺的投入费用和效益。结果表明,各清防蜡工艺按照经济效益从高到低的排序为:固体防蜡工艺、防蜡油管、水泥车、掺水热洗;应优先采用固体防蜡工艺和防蜡油管防蜡,可以取得较好的免洗期和经济效益;A和B区块由于热洗周期延长,单井年均少热洗3.2次,年节约水为96 m^(3)、气为470.4 m^(3)、电为518.4 kWh,164口井年经济效益共计246万元/a。
In order to clarify the suitability of paraffin removal and paraffin prevention technology in polymer injection blocks,the method of paraffin removal and paraffin prevention technology with good economic benefits was optimized.The water-mixed hot washing,cement truck hot washing,solid paraffin prevention technology and wax prevention oil pipe technology used in polymer injection blocks were analyzed,and the input costs and benefits of different processes were calculated respectively.The results show that the order of the paraffin removal and paraffin prevention process according to the economic benefit from high to low is:solid paraffin prevention process,paraffin prevention oil pipe,cement truck,hot washing mixed with water;Solid paraffin proof process and paraffin proof oil pipe should be preferred to obtain better wash free period and economic benefits;Due to the extension of hot washing cycle in Block A and B,the annual average number of hot washing in A single well is 3.2 times less,and the annual saving of water,gas and electricity is 96 m^(3),470.4 m3 and 518.4 kWh,respectively.The annual economic benefit of 164 wells are 2.46 million yuan per year.
