摘要
在油田生产中,井筒内井流物的复杂多相流动和结蜡对油井的油气生产以及下游油气处理设施的运行有着重要的影响。对井流物在井筒中的多相流动及结蜡规律进行研究有助于提高油井的运行效率。对井流物在井筒中的油气水多相流和油井生产中原油在油管中的结蜡使用Ledaflow进行了模拟分析。根据模拟结果深入研究了井流物多相流动特性以及流型分布规律,并对油管运行中的析蜡规律进行了分析研究。
In the production of oilfield, the multiphase flow and wax deposition of the well fluids in the wellbore have a very important influence on the production of oil and gas and the operation of the process facilities in the downstream stations. In this paper, the multiphase flow of oil, gas and water in the well bore and the wax deposition of crude oil in the tube in oil well production were simulated and analyzed by Ledaflow. According to the simulation results, the characteristics and flow pattern distribution of the multiphase flow for the well flow were studied, and the wax precipitation characteristics during the operation of the tube were analyzed.
