摘要
静脉畸形是由胚胎发育阶段静脉系统错误发育而产生的疾病,出生时就有,不会自然消退,会随着患儿的生长成比例增大。该病发病率较高,近年来各种治疗方式也层出不穷,疗效不一。当前,泡沫硬化剂疗法治疗静脉畸形已成为共识,但泡沫硬化剂种类、辅助诊疗手段及注射硬化剂方式众多,如何通过选用合适的硬化剂、硬化剂浓度、辅助诊疗手段及注射方式来达到优化硬化剂治疗的效果和安全性,并降低并发症的风险是我们面临的问题。本文针对上述问题展开论述,介绍静脉畸形的流行病学特征、分类、发病机制、各种泡沫硬化剂的优缺点及当前热门辅助技术对静脉畸形治疗的作用,并分析今后静脉畸形的治疗方向。
Venous malformation is a disease caused by the wrong development of the embryonic venous system.It is present at birth and does not fade naturally.It increases proportionally with the growth of the child.The incidence of the disease is high.In recent years,a variety of treatment methods have emerged and the curative effects are different.Now,foam sclerotherapy for venous malformations has become the consensus.However,the types of foam hardener,auxiliary diag⁃nosis and treatment methods,and injection sclerosing agent are various.How to optimize the efficacy and safety of sclero⁃therapy and reduce the risk of complications through the selection of appropriate sclerotherapy,sclerotherapy concentra⁃tion,auxiliary diagnosis and treatment methods,and injection methods are the problems in clinical practice.In view of the above problems,this paper introduces the epidemiological characteristics,classification,pathogenesis,advantages and disadvantages of various foam hardeners and the role of current popular assistive technologies in the treatment of venous malformations,and analyzes the future direction of the treatment of venous malformations.
