摘要
目的探讨密集套扎对食管静脉曲张出血患者肝功能及血流动力学的影响。方法选取肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者120例随机分为两组,观察组予以密集套扎治疗,对照组予以硬化剂治疗,比较两组的肝功能、血流动力学水平。结果两组肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者治疗后的ALT、γ-GT、ALP水平均有降低,观察组较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);治疗后两组的血流速度及血流量均有升高,观察组较对照组升高明显(P<0.05);观察组止血成功率高于对照组,并发症发病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论密集套扎治疗食管静脉曲张安全有效,可有效改善患者肝功能及血流动力学水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of dense ligation on liver function and hemodynamics in patients with esophageal variceal bleeding(EVB).Methods A total of 120 patients of liver cirrhosis with EVB were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was treated with dense ligation,the control group received sclerotherapy.The liver function and hemodynamic level of patients in two groups were compared.Results ALT,γ-GT and ALP levels of patients of liver cirrhosis with EVB in two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the blood flow velocity and blood flow in two groups increased after treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The success rate of hemostasis in observation group was higher than that in control group,as well as the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dense ligation is safe and effective in treating patients of liver cirrhosis with EVB,and it can effectively improve the liver function and hemodynamic level of patients.
