摘要
以丝印水溶胶的蓝宝石显示玻璃为素材,考察清洗温度、浓度、超声波强度和清洗配方的pH值对蓝宝石清洗良率的影响,通过正交优化法确定蓝宝石工业清洗最佳条件为温度70℃、清洗剂浓度6%、超声波强度0.9A、pH值12。在以上条件下清洗良率可达97%以上,可满足生产良率要求。
Use the Sapphire display glass with silk screen hydrosol as material.The effects of cleaning temperature,cleaning agent concentration,ultrasonic intensity and pH value of cleaning agent on cleaning efficacy was investigated.The optimum condition for the cleaning conditions of sapphire industry was determined by orthogonal experiment,which was cleaning temperature 70℃,cleaning agent concentration 6%,ultrasonic intensity 0.6A,pH value 12.Under the optimum condition,the cleaning yield can be reached 97%.It can meet the production requirements.
