摘要
磨皮机的主要作用是通过对锈蚀钢棒的研磨,达到除锈的目的。该机是由PLC、触摸屏、机械结构及液压传动等部分构成的;文章介绍了磨皮机控制系统的组成,详细说明了相关硬件及软件的设计与实现,结果表明,磨皮机控制系统可以有效地提高机械除锈的效率。
The main function of derusting machines is to grind the rusting steel bars. A derusting machine is made up of the PLC, touch-screen, machinery and hydraulic drive. In this paper, the composition of the control system of derusting machines is introduced firstly, and then the design and implementation of the relevant hardware and software are discussed in detail. The result indicates that the control system of derusting machines can increase the efficiency of derusting.
