摘要
介绍了用水总量和用水效率的含义及统计口径。分析了2015-2019年广西用水总量的变化情况,探讨了农业和工业用水量的用水效率变化的原因,总结其规律。提出用水分析及最严格水资源管理制度考核仍面临的问题。
An introduction was made on the meaning and statistical caliber of total water consumption and water use efficiency.The author analyzed the change of total water consumption of Guangxi from 2015 to 2019,discussed the reasons for the change of agricultural and industrial water consumption and water use efficiency,summarized the rule,put forward the problems still existing in water use analysis and assessment of the strictest water resources management system.
