摘要
分析了当前我国大型企业具有的特点及其人力资源培训与开发管理的现状,探索了大型企业培训与开发管理的方法,包括建立精细化培训与开发项目体系、课程结构及稳健的管理流程制度,构建“双师型”内训师队伍及多地共享的内训师协同效应机制,推动企业组织能力提升,支撑和引领业务发展。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of China’s large-scale enterprises and the status quo of human resource training and development management under the background of the VUCA era.It explores the methods of training and development management of large-scale enterprises,including the establishment of a refined training and development project system,curriculum structure.It also proposes the construction of robust management process system,construction of a“dual-qualified”internal trainer team and a multi-site shared internal trainer synergy mechanism,aiming at promoting corporate organizational capabilities,to supportand lead business development.
