摘要
以全氟聚醚(PFPE)、烷氧基改性含氟聚硅氧烷(FVT)为原料,通过脱醇反应合成了环保型氟醚树脂fv-PFPE,将fvPFPE和KH560-SiO_(2)混合得到环保型防指纹剂,并采用喷涂技术制备防指纹涂层。利用FT-IR、1HNMR、XPS对氟醚树脂结构及涂层表面组成进行表征,考察了催化剂质量分数对固化时间的影响。结果表明,当fv-PFPE质量分数为0.8%时,涂层的接触角达到最大值(132±2)°。
fv-PFPE,an environmental friendly fluoroether resin,is synthesized from perfluoropolyether( PFPE) and alkoxy modified fluorine-containing polysiloxane( FVT) through dealcoholization reaction. Environmental friendly antifingerprint agent is obtained by mixing fv-PFPE with KH560-SiO_(2),and anti-fingerprint coating is prepared by spraying technology.FT-IR,1 HNMR and XPS are employed to characterize the structure of fluoroether resin and the composition of coating surface,and the influence of the mass fraction of catalyst on curing time of coating is investigated. Results show that the contact angle of the coating reaches 132±2°,being the maximum value when the content of fv-PFPE is 0. 8%.
