全氟聚醚硅氧烷与SiO_2复合制备耐久性超疏水涂层 被引量:5

摘要 采用硅烷偶联剂KH550改性全氟聚醚制备了全氟聚醚硅氧烷,用溶胶凝胶法制备了粒径为200 nm的SiO_2溶胶,然后用KH550对SiO_2溶胶进行表面修饰,采用浸渍法在玻璃表面制备SiO_2涂层,用全氟聚醚硅氧烷进行表面修饰,制备了超疏水涂层,探究了SiO_2用量、硅烷偶联剂用量、修饰物质,以及放置时间对超疏水涂层的影响。结果表明:当SiO_2的质量分数为60%,硅烷偶联剂的质量分数为0.1%时,用全氟聚醚硅氧烷修饰后,水滴在玻璃表面的平均接触角为151.1°,且放置30天后仍具有超疏水效果。 The silicane coupling agent KH550 modified perfluoropolyether was used to prepare perfluoroalkyl siloxane,and sol gel method was applied to prepare the SiO2 sol with particle size of 200 nm.The sol was then modified by KH550.The SiO2 coating was prepared on glass surface by dipping method,which was modified by perfluoroalkyl siloxane to make superhydrophobic coating.The effects of the mass fraction of SiO2 and KH550,the materials for modification and storage time on superhydrophobic coating were investigated.The results show that the average water contact angle on the surface of the perfluoroalkyl siloxane modified glass is 151.1°,which remains super hydrophobic effect after 30 days when the mass fraction of SiO2 and KH550 are 60%and 0.1%respectively.
