摘要
针对南京龙潭港集装箱码头受当地航道等因素影响而无法实现岸边集装箱起重机整机总装完成运输至码头后滚装上岸的问题,将其四大件改为码头现场总装。设计了四大件吊装方案,校核了门框整体吊耳的设计强度,优化了发运方案和现场总装方案,确保了该方案的安全性和可实施性。
Aiming at the problem that the container terminal of Nanjing Longtan Port is affected by local waterways and other factors,it is impossible to realize the problem that quayside container crane completes the assembly and transports to the terminal and then rolls ashore,the four major parts of quay crane are changed to the on-site assembly.The hoisting scheme of four major parts is designed,and the design strength of the whole lifting lug of door frame is checked.At the same time,the shipping scheme and the on-site assembly scheme are verified to ensure the safety and feasibility.
