摘要
考虑运营期路基湿度变化对填料性能的影响,通过干湿循环试验和承载比(CBR)试验,定义了干湿循环强度衰减指数K,结合崩解试验,提出了一种基于干湿循环强度衰减指数K和崩解特性的红砂岩填料分类方法。依托鄂西地区某高速公路工程,测试了9处不同红砂岩填料崩解性与干湿循环强度衰减指数,分析得出红砂岩填料分类指标与标准;结合干湿循环效应分类指标和规范要求的CBR值标准,明确了不同类型红砂岩填料在路基结构中的适用范围和技术要求。
Considering the influence of subgrade humidity change on the performance of filling materials during operation period,the dry-wet cycle strength attenuation index K is defined through dry-wet cycle test and California Bearing Ratio(CBR)test.Combined with disintegration test,a classification method of red sandstone filler based on dry-wet cycle strength attenuation index K and disintegration characteristics is proposed.Based on the highway project in Western Hubei Province,the disintegration index and dry-wet cycle strength attenuation index of nine different red sandstone fillers were tested,and the classification indexes and standards of red sandstone fillers were obtained.Combined with the classification index of dry-wet cycle effect and CBR standard,the application scope and technical requirements of different types of red sandstone filler in subgrade structure are defined.
