摘要
新农科建设为我国高等农业院校教育教学改革规划了新蓝图,同时为涉农专业创新人才培养模式指明了新方向。广东海洋大学作物学学科紧紧围绕乡村振兴战略和生态文明建设,通过修订研究生培养方案、革新课程结构体系、营造良好学术氛围、加强导师队伍建设以及构建人才质量保证体系,探索了"五位一体"的研究生培养模式,旨在使研究生树立专业认同、培养实践能力、开拓学术视野、强化创新思维、提高培养质量,从而为乡村振兴发展提供强有力的人才支撑和科技保障。
The construction of“new agricultural science”has planned a new blueprint for the education and teaching reform of high agricultural colleges and universities in China,and also pointed out a new direction for the training model of innovative talents for agricultural majors.Focusing on the strategy of rural revitalization and the construction of ecological civilization,the crop science major of Guangdong Ocean University explored the“five-in-one”postgraduate training model by reforming the postgraduate training program,optimizing the curriculum structure system,creating a good academic atmosphere,strengthening the construction of tutors and constructing the talent quality assurance system,which aims to enable graduate students to establish professional identity,cultivate practical ability,broaden their academic horizons,strengthen innovative thinking and improve the quality of training,so as to provide strong talent support and scientific and technological support for rural revitalization and development.
