摘要
沙特某项目5×660 MW燃油/天然气锅炉,自投产以来多次发生雾化片烧损、断裂问题,为了解决上述问题,对雾化片及螺帽结构、雾化片材质、油枪冷却风风量、燃料风风量等进行分析,改进了油枪螺帽的结构和雾化片材质,雾化片表面平均温度由670.2℃降低至581.1℃,解决了雾化片断裂的问题并基本解决了雾化片烧损问题,提高了锅炉运行的安全性。
A 5×660 MW heavy fuel oil/natural gas(HFO/NG)boiler of a certain project in Saudi Arabia has suffered from HFO oil gun spray plate burnout and fracture problems since it was put into service.In order to solve the above problems,the structure of spray plate and nut,spray plate material,oil gun cooling air flow rate,fuel air flow rate,etc.were analyzed to improve the structure of the oil gun nut and the material of the spray plate.The average surface temperature of the spray plate was reduced from 670.2℃to 581.1℃,which solves the problem of spray plate fracture and basically solves the problem of spray plate burnout.This improves the safety of the boiler operation.
