摘要
胰腺癌(Pancreatic cancer,PC)是一种早期诊断困难,恶性程度高,预后极差的肿瘤。目前胰腺癌的治疗手段除了常规切除、放化疗以及近年来较热门的免疫和靶向治疗,还有中药提取物治疗。中药提取物在胰腺癌综合治疗中也发挥了非常重要的作用。多种中药提取物与NF-κB通路、p53通路mTOR通路、ERK等信号通路的存在密切关联,为胰腺癌治疗提供依据,促进中药有效成分机制的研究、靶标药物的开发和联合化疗的研究。现就中药提取物对胰腺癌作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为抗胰腺癌药物的研发与利用提供新的思路和借鉴。
Pancreatic cancer(PC)is one of tumours with poor early diagnosis,highly malignancy and abominable prognosis.Current treatments for pancreatic cancer include conventional resection,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,the cutting-edge targete therapies and traditional Chinese medicine extracts.Chinese herbal extracts also play an essential considerable role in the comprehensive PC treatment.A variety of Chinese extracts is closely related to the regulation of NF-κB pathway,p53 pathway,mTOR pathway,ERK and other signal pathways,which provides basis for PC treatment and promotes the investigation of the mechanism of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine,the development of targeted drugs and the research of combined chemotherapy.This article reviewed the research progress of Chinese medicine extracts on PC treatment to provide new windows and references for the studies of anti-PC drug.
