“新师范”的时代意蕴、现实困境与实践路径 被引量:18

摘要 "新师范"是一个发展的概念,当代的"新师范"是推陈出新的师范教育、新时代的教师教育和新生态的教师教育系统。"新师范"既是一个"理念体系",也是一个"行动体系"。现实中的教师教育存在着存量教育资源配置不均衡、增量师资培养质量有待提升、一体化程度不高和保障不力等问题。针对"新师范"的应然追求和目前的现实困境,需要我们在实践中遵循教师教育发展规律,注重落实,使科学的顶层设计彰显实效;鼓励创新,使基层的首创精神充分发挥;加强统筹,使教师教育的共同体得以形成;突出师德,使教师的"圣三一结构"保持稳固;加大开放,使教师教育的国际化水平有效提高;强化保障,使教师的职业吸引力持续提升。 "New Normal"is a developing concept.Contemporary"New Normal"means a new type of teacher education,a teacher-training program for the new era,and a new ecological teacher education system.It is both an"ideology system"and an"acting system".In reality,there are many problems in teacher education,such as the imbalance in the allocation of existing teacher resources,the low training quality of incremental teachers,the lack of integration,and the inadequate security.In response to the ideal blueprint of the"New Normal"and the realistic dilemma,we need to follow the law of teacher education development in practice and pay attention to implementation to make the scientific top-level design show its effectiveness.We need to encourage innovation to make the basic-level teachers fully play their initiative spirits.We need to strengthen the overall planning to form the community of teacher education.We need to highlight teacher ethics to keep teachers’"Sacred Trinity Structure"more stable.We need to step up openness to effectively improve the international level of teacher education.We need to strengthen guarantees to significantly increase the attractiveness of a teachers’career.
