摘要
青年体育教师是民办高校教师队伍的重要组成部分。当前民办高校青年体育教师思想政治教育欠缺针对性,教育效果低下,教育机制不够完善。这些问题影响和制约了思想政治教育功能的发挥,不利于民办院校青年体育教师的成长。加强和改进民办院校青年体育教师的思想政治教育,就是要正确分析和把握青年体育教师的思想特征及其思想问题产生的根源,积极化解矛盾,疏导不良情绪,促进民办院校的和谐稳定;有赖于树立与时俱进的思想教育理念,坚持和贯彻“以人为本”的理念,加强对青年体育教师的人文关怀,引导其加强自我教育等。
Young PE teachers are an important part of the teaching staff in private colleges and universities.At present,the ideological and political education of young PE teachers in private colleges and universities lacks pertinence,the educational effect is low,and the educational mechanism is not perfect.These problems affect and restrict the function of ideological and political education,and are not conducive to the growth of young physical education teachers in private colleges.Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of young physical education teachers in private colleges is to correctly analyze and grasp the ideological characteristics of young physical education teachers and the root causes of their ideological problems,actively resolve contradictions,alleviate bad emotions,and promote the harmony and stability of private colleges.It depends on establishing the ideological education concept of keeping pace with the times,adhering to and implementing the concept of“people-oriented”,strengthening the humanistic care of young physical education teachers,and guiding them to strengthen self-education.
