摘要
为了改善传统密封垫耐高温和密封性差的问题,自主研发了新型耐高温塑性陶瓷密封垫产品。使用新型耐高温塑性陶瓷密封垫后,1450CCM品种钢铝损减小15%,钛损降低20%,"铝损不低于0.004%,增氮不低于0.000 85%"的异常比例降低;中间包连浇3炉内水口碗部实现了免清洗;长水口氩封氩气用量降低,由580降低为380NL/min;中间包铸流区液面平静、可浇性佳。
In order to improve the high temperature resistance and poor tightness of the traditional gasket,a new high temperature resistant plastic ceramic gasket was developed independently.With a new thermoplastic ceramic gasket,the aluminum loss of 1450 CCM steel decreased by 15%,the Titanium loss decreased by 20%,and the abnormal proportion of"aluminum loss not less than 0.004%,nitrogen increase not less than 0.000 85%"of oriented silicon steel was reduced.The cleaning is not necessary when nozzles in tundish were continuously used for less than three times.The amount of argon sealing at the long nozzle was reduced from 580 to 380 NL/min.The liquid level of tundish casting flow area is calm and the casting ability is good.
