摘要
以高铝熟料(44%)、黏土(24%)、石墨(2%)、金属A(l10%)、玻璃(20%)为主要组成,外加20%由液体树脂、环氧树脂组成的复合结合剂,经成型模具压制,开发了连铸保护浇注用新型水口密封垫。该密封垫高温密封性好,使用时间长,应用表明,新型密封垫密封使钢水的增氮率由101.5%降为14.5%。
By bonding 80% mixture powder of high alumina chamotte(44%),clay(24%),graphite(2%),A(l10%)and glass(20%) with 20% complex binding agent of liquid resin and epoxy resin,and through pressing in forming die,the new sealing gasket was developed.The sealing gasket had good high temperature leakproofness and long use time.Application showed that the new sealing gasket make the nitrogen pick-up rate reduce to 14.5% from 101.5%.
