摘要
大学校训是一所大学精神气韵的核心凝练,然而,我国大学校训在生成过程中往往暴露出形神失调、时空断层、目标游移、知行脱节等诸多实践困境。大学欲摆脱校训生成的诸多困境,须把发展理念从固化的路径依赖与思维惰性中解放出来,始终以落实立德树人根本任务为导向,以创新高等教育管理体制为保障,以厘清多元学术主体定位为基础,以挖掘自身办学底蕴内涵为契机,从根源上挖掘和解剖自身,使大学校训生成回归到具有现实意义的创新之路上。
The motto of a university is the core of the spirit of a university.However,in the process of its formation,the motto of Chinese universities often exposes many practical dilemmas,such as the imbalance of form and spirit,the fault of time and space,the wandering of goals,and the disconnection of knowledge and practice.To get rid of the dilemma of the formation of the motto,the university must liberate the development idea from the solidified path dependence and thinking inertia,always take the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education as the guidance and the innovation of higher education management system as the guarantee,clarify the positioning of multiple academic subjects as the basis,and take the excavation of its own connotation as an opportunity to excavate and dissect itself from the root,so as to make the generation of university motto return to the way of innovation with practical significance.
