摘要
目的探讨β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)和CD146在胃癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法选取108例胃癌患者(胃癌组)组织标本,再选取40例因胃部疾病就诊的非胃癌患者(对照组)胃组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测两组患者β-catenin、CD146的表达情况,并分析其与胃癌之间的关系。结果胃癌组组织中β-catenin、CD146阳性表达率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。Spearman相关性分析显示,β-catenin、CD146阳性表达与胃癌的发生均呈正相关(r=0.568、0.587,P﹤0.01)。Logistic多因素回归分析显示,低分化,TNM分期为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期,淋巴结转移均是胃癌患者胃癌组织中β-catenin阳性表达的危险因素(P﹤0.05);TNM分期为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期和淋巴结转移是胃癌患者胃癌组织中CD146阳性表达的危险因素(P﹤0.05)。结论β-catenin、CD146阳性表达与胃癌的发生密切相关,可作为判断胃癌发生、发展和治疗的靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of β-catenin and CD 146 in gastric cancer tissue and its clinical significance.Method A total of 108 gastic cancer patients(gastric cancer group) and their tissue samples and 40 gastric tissue samples of non-gastric cancer patients(control group) were selected and collected.The expression of β-catenin and CD 146 were detected by immunohistochemistry assay,and its relationship with gastric cancer was also analyzed.Result The positive expression rate of β-catenin and CD 146 in the gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis indicated that the positive expression of β-catenin and CD 146 were positively correlated with the occurrence of gastric cancer(r=0.568,0.587,P<0.01).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that poorly differentiated,Ⅲ and Ⅳ TNM stages,and lymph node metastasis were risk factors for the positive expression of β-catenin in gastric cancer tissues(P<0.05);TNM stages were Ⅲ and Ⅳ,and lymph nodes metastasis were either risk factors for the positive expression of CD 146 in cancer tissues from patients with gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression of β-catenin and CD 146 are closely related to the initial of gastric cancer,which could be used as targets for predicting the occurrence,development,and treatment of gastric cancer.
