摘要
通过对我国东部地区8个省的91所地市级公共图书馆残障读者阅读服务情况的调研,重点调查了无障碍基础设施建设、无障碍阅读辅助设备建设、特殊文献资源建设以及无障碍阅读服务活动等情况,分析了存在的问题,提出了服务理念、制度保障、资源整合、社会支持等服务策略,以期对我国地市级公共图书馆残障读者服务有所助益。
Through the investigation and research on the Reading Service of disabled readers in 91 municipal public libraries in 8 provinces in the east of China,It mainly investigates the construction of barrier-free infrastructure,accessibility reading auxiliary equipment,special literature resources and accessibility reading service activities,etc.Analyzed the existing problems,It has put forward service strategies such as idea consciousness,institutional guarantee,resource integration and social support,With a view to China's municipal public libraries to help disabled readers service.
