依托度酸胶囊联合玻璃酸钠对膝骨性关节炎患者VAS评分及膝关节功能的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析膝骨性关节炎患者联用依托度酸胶囊和玻璃酸钠治疗的效果。方法纳入84例淄博市市立医院2018年1月~2020年1月收治的膝骨性关节炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各42例,对照组应用玻璃酸钠治疗,研究组采用依托度酸胶囊联合玻璃酸钠治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗后WOMAC骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、VAS评分均较之治疗前降低,且研究组各评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后MMP-1、MMP-3及IL-1β水平低于对照组,有效率(95.24%)高于对照组(73.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依托度酸胶囊与玻璃酸钠联合治疗的临床效果显著,可有效减轻患者疼痛及炎性反应,改善患者膝关节功能。
