摘要
目的:探讨双氯芬酸钠联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:选取2017年2月至2018年5月高安市人民医院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者300例作为研究对象,根据患者个人治疗意愿的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组150例。观察组患者给予双氯芬酸钠联合玻璃酸钠治疗,对照组患者仅给予双氯芬酸钠治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、膝关节疼痛程度及不良反应发生情况的差异。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为93.3%(140/150),明显高于对照组的85.3%(128/150),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、3及6个月后,观察组患者的VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为2.7%(4/150)、5.3%(8/150),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双氯芬酸钠联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效显著,能够有效缓解患者膝关节疼痛感,促进受损关节功能恢复。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of diclofenac sodium combined with sodium hyaluronate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. METHODS： 300 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted into Gaoan People＇s Hospital from Feb. 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled to be divided into observation group and control group in accordance with patients＇ different treatment intentions, with 150 cases in each. The observation group was given diclofenac sodium combined with sodium hyaluronate, while the control group received diclofenac sodium. The clinical efficacy, knee pain level and occurrence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%（140/150）, significantly higher than that of control group（85.3%,128/150）, with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. After treatment of 1, 3, and 6 months, the VAS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The incidences of adverse drug reactions in observation group and control group were 2.7%（4/150） and 5.3%（8/150）, respectively, the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of diclofenac sodium combined with sodium hyaluronate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis is remarkable, which can effectively relieve the pain of the knee joint and promote the recovery of damaged joint function.
