摘要
石油钻井行业中,吉林、黑龙江两省作业区块冬季属高寒地区,冬季生产施工中对设备设施冬防保温要求较高。文章介绍了冬防保温工作所使用的设备设施、保温方法、注意事项等,针对公司吉林项目部所属ZJ50LDB、ZJ70LDB型两种钻机,开展了一系列设备防冻措施。从现场使用效果看,冬季施工期间室外最低气象温度为-32℃,没有发生设备冻堵现象,说明保温措施有效,使用效果良好。
In the oil drilling industry,the operation areas of Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces belong to high-cold areas in winter,and there are higher requirements for winter prevention and heat preservation of equipment and facilities in winter production and construction.This paper introduces the equipment and facilities,heat preservation methods and matters needing attention used in winter prevention and heat preservation work,and carries out a series of equipment anti-freezing measures for ZJ50LDB and ZJ70LDB drilling rigs belonging to Jilin project department of the company.From the field use effect,the lowest outdoor meteorological temperature during the winter construction period is-32℃,and there is no equipment freezing and blocking phenomenon,indicating that the thermal insulation measures are effective and the use effect is good.
