摘要
电缆地层测试在储层评价中发挥着重要作用,稠油、疏松砂岩储层的普遍存在给电缆地层测试带来了挑战,取样时若泵抽压差较大易出现砂堵和漏封问题,进而造成取样成功率低。根据出砂分析数据,应用宽频调速技术精确控制地层测试器泵抽速度,采用低泵速安全压差进行取样,成功解决了稠油、疏松砂岩储层取样难题,该技术在渤海油田进行了首次应用,效果显著,能大幅提高取样成功率。
The wireline formation testing plays an important role in reservoir evaluation.The common existence of the heavy oil and the loose sandstone reservoir is a challenge to wireline formation testing.During sampling,if the pump pressure difference is large,it is easy to have sand fill and no seal,resulting in low sampling success rate.According to the analysis data of sand production,the broadband speed regulation technology is used to control the pumping speed of formation tester accurately,the low pump speed and safe pressure difference is used to sample.The difficult problem of sampling heavy oil and loose sandstone reservoir is solved successfully.This method has been applied in the Bohai oilfield for the first time,which can improve the success rate of sampling.
