3D金属打印技术在石油测井仪器研制中的应用

The Application of 3D Metal Printing Technology in the Development of Logging Tool

摘要 介绍3D金属打印技术及其发展应用,分析其在石油测井仪器方面应用的可能性。以测井仪器机械零部件、液压执行元件及集成阀座为例,说明3D金属打印技术在石油测井仪器研制方面的优势。为仪器的设计、制造、检测、组装测试带来变革,对其他井下仪器的研发设计具有重要的参考价值。 We introduce the development and application of 3D metal printing technology.The application possibility of 3D metal printing technology is analyzed in logging tool.According to the mechanical parts,hydraulic actuator and integrated valve seat of logging tool,the advantages of 3D metal printing technology for the development of logging tool are explained.The 3D metal printing technology brings changes to the design,manufacture detection,assembly and testing of the tool and has an important reference value for the tool and design of other downhole tool.
