大断面隧道开挖稳定性数值模拟分析 被引量:3

摘要 由于山岭隧道穿越地层较多,地质条件复杂多样,以某大断面山岭铁路隧道建设为实例,运用FLAC3D差分有限元软件对大断面隧道分别采用了三种不同的开挖方式进行数值模拟计算,通过分析隧道围岩位移、应力大小以及塑性区域来判断隧道稳定性。得出以下结论:CD法开挖时的水平位移与竖向位移最小,其次是上下台阶法,最大的是全断面法。采用CD法时的拱顶沉降量比全断面法和上下台阶法分别下降了26.7%、12.7%;采用CD法开挖时,隧道围岩应力集中区域和所产生的最大压应力最小。经综合比较,采用CD法开挖时施工最为安全。 Because mountain tunnel passes through many strata,the geological conditions are complex and diverse.This paper takes the construction of a large section mountain railway tunnel as an example,uses the FLAC3D difference finite element software to carry on the numerical simulation calculation to the large section tunnel separately three different excavation methods,judges the tunnel stability by analyzing the tunnel surrounding rock displacement,the stress size and the plastic area.The following conclusions are drawn:the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement are the smallest in the excavation of the CD method,followed by the upper and lower step method,and the maximum is the full section method.Compared with the CD method,the vault settlement of the full fault plane method and the upper and lower step method decreased by 26.7%and 12.7%respectively.During excavation with the CD method,the stress concentration area and the maximum compressive stress produced in the surrounding rock of the tunnel are the minimum.By comprehensive comparison,when using CD method excavation,the construction is the most safe.
