摘要
按照实验室通风及废气净化需求,须对实验室环境进行实时监测,为此基于云平台设计了一套实验室环境智能监测系统,其监测数据包括实验室环境温湿度、实验室多种废气浓度、酒精、一氧化碳、可燃性气体(甲烷、液化气等)、粉尘等.该系统选用STM32F103C8T6作为微处理芯片,采用监测指标传感器实时获取实验室环境数据并基于OLED屏显示;无线传输模块ATK-ESP8266进行数据上传;原子云平台进行实时储存及显示;基于阈值设定法启动环境异常的支援服务,如蜂鸣器警示、温湿度调节、换气风扇开启等.该系统可用于高校实验室环境监测与支援服务,具有多地多主机实时监测、无人值守、海量数据储存等优点.
According to the requirements of laboratory ventilation and exhaust gas purification,the laboratory environment needs to be monitored in real time.Therefore,a set of intelligent laboratory environment monitoring system is designed based on the cloud platform.The monitoring data covers the temperature and humidity of the laboratory environment,and the concentration of various exhaust gases in the laboratory,including alcohol,carbon monoxide,flammable gases(methane,liquefied gas,etc.),dust,etc.In this system,STM32F103C8T6 is selected as the micro-processing chip,and the monitoring index sensor is used to obtain the laboratory environment data in real time and display it on OLED screen.The wireless transmission module ATK-ESP8266 is used for data upload,and atomic cloud platform for real-time storage and display.Support services started via threshold setting method for abnormal environment such as buzzer warning,temperature and humidity adjustment,ventilation fan opening,and so on.The system can be used for environmental monitoring and support services in university laboratories,and has the advantages of real-time monitoring in multiple places and multiple hosts,unattended operation,and massive data storage.
