摘要
高校突发事件的频频发生,不仅影响学校的稳定发展,也给和谐社会的构建带来了众多不稳定因素。因此,对于高校突发事件的应急管理机制研究也愈显迫切,受到人们的广泛关注。从高校突发事件的涵义、类型和特点着手,通过对当前高校突发事件应急管理机制的现状和存在问题的分析,拟从建立健全危机意识培养机制、预警机制、应急处理机制、补救调适机制等四个方面去构建起高效、完备的高校突发事件的应急管理机制。
Recurring emergencies affect the stable development of tertiary institutions as well as the construction of harmonious society. Therefore, it is vital to undertake the relative research on emergency management system. In terms of definition, types and characteristics of emergency in tertiary institutions, its current situation and existing problems are analyzed and then an efficient emergency management system is expected to be constructed in four aspects of crisis sense developing, precaution system, emergency solutions and remedies.
