血液病学临床见习中PBL教学法的应用

摘要 目的:充分调动学生的学习主动性,课程学习中以学生为主,教师为辅,通过临床实际病例进行学习,以了解PBL教学法在血液病学见习中的意义。方法:制定血液病学中常见疾病白血病的PBL教学目标,按照教学大纲合理安排教学时间,提前布置学习任务,组建PBL学习小组,将理论课与临床实践有序结合,采用PBL教学法进行教学并总结。结果:PBL教学法通过激发学生对所学内容白血病的兴趣,能够提高医学生的学习主动性,培养医学生的临床思维能力。与传统教学模式相比,其效率更高。但在当前的高校教育环境下,PBL教学法并不能取代传统教学模式,只能作为其有益和必要的补充。结论:本研究在血液病PBL教学方面获得了较满意的教学效果,积累了初步的教学经验,为在血液病学见习课程中逐步开展PBL教学法奠定了良好的基础。 Objective Fully mobilize the learning initiative of students,students play a leading role and teachers play a supporting role in course learning,to understand the significance of PBL teaching method in the probation of hematology,Methods Set PBL teaching objectives for leukemia,a common disease in hematology,arrange teaching time rationally according to the teaching outline,assign learning tasks in advance,set up a PBL learning group,integrate the theory with practice,and adopt PBL teaching method for teaching and summary.Results PBL teaching method can improve medical students'learning initiative and cultivate their clinical thinking ability by stimulating students'interest in what they have learned.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,its efficiency is higher.However,in the current university education environment,PBL teaching method cannot replace the traditional teaching mode,only as a useful and necessary supplement.Conclusions The study has obtained satisfactory teaching results and accumulated the preliminary teaching experience in the PBL teaching of hematology,which lays a good foundation for extensive PBL teaching method in the teaching of hematology.
