摘要
2020年初,新冠肺炎疫情席卷全球,对人们的生活和企业的生产造成了巨大影响。各行各业不得不为满足疫情防控需要开始采用居家办公、远程办公等工作模式。即使在后疫情时期,弹性工作制仍在发挥巨大的作用,为企业和员工带来极大的便利。论文从时间和空间两个视角来探讨弹性工作制的发展历程、优势与局限性,展望在未来政府、企业应如何更好地实施这项制度,将这项制度融入企业文化之中,为员工的生活带来便利。
In early 2020,the COVID-19 epidemic situation swept the world,and it had a great influence on people’s lives and enterprises’production.Various industries have had to start using working modes such as working from home and remote working to meet the needs of epidemic prevention and control.Even in the post-epidemic period,flexible working system is still playing a huge role,bringing great convenience to enterprises and employees.This paper discusses the development process,advantages and limitations of flexible working system from the perspective of time and space,and provides an outlook on how the government and enterprises should better implement this system in the future,and integrate this system into the enterprise culture,so as to bring convenience to employees’lives.
