摘要
目的探讨对人工授精重复周期患者在围术期给予细节护理方式干预后对妊娠率以及满意度产生的影响。方法方便选取该院2018年8月—2020年5月收治的56例人工授精重复周期患者,进行数字奇偶法分组;细节护理组(28例):在围术期采用基础护理方式+细节护理方式完成对应干预;基础护理组(28例):在围术期采用基础护理方式完成对应干预;就组间妊娠率以及护理满意度展开对比。结果细节护理组患者妊娠率(71.43%)高于基础护理组(39.29%)明显,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.853,P<0.05);细节护理组心理护理评分(92.29±2.56)分、环境护理(91.79±3.02)分、护理态度(90.69±2.53)分、护理技巧(90.49±5.29)分、科普教育(90.61±5.39)分均高于基础护理组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=17.957、14.102、16.358、8.499、7.970,P<0.05)。结论围术期细节护理方式有效运用,可显著提升患者妊娠率及护理满意度,最终可实现有效预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of intervention on pregnancy rate and satisfaction of patients with repeated cycles of artificial insemination after detailed nursing interventions during the perioperative period.Methods 56 patients with repeated cycles of artificial insemination admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to May 2020 were conveniently selected and divided into groups by digital parity method;detailed nursing group(28 cases):basic nursing method+detailed nursing method was used during the perioperative period corresponding intervention;basic nursing group(28 cases):used basic nursing methods to complete the corresponding intervention during the perioperative period;compared the pregnancy rate and nursing satisfaction between groups.Results The pregnancy rate of patients in the detailed nursing group(71.43%)was significantly higher than that in the basic nursing group(39.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.853,P<0.05);the psychological nursing score of the detailed nursing group(92.29±2.56)points,environmental nursing(91.79±3.02)points,nursing attitude(90.69±2.53)points,nursing skills(90.49±5.29)points,and popular science education(90.61±5.39)points,higher than those in the basic nursing group.There were statistical differences between the two groups(t=17.957,14.102,16.358,8.499,7.970,P<0.05).Conclusion The effective use of perioperative detailed nursing methods can significantly improve the pregnancy rate and nursing satisfaction of patients,and ultimately achieve an effective prognosis.
