摘要
目的:探讨零切迹颈椎前路椎间融合固定系统手术治疗单节段颈椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年1月本院收治单节段颈椎间盘突出症患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组进行传统融合器钢板内固定系统手术治疗,试验组进行零切迹颈椎前路椎间融合固定系统手术治疗,术后随访1年。比较两组围手术期指标、治疗效果及吞咽困难发生率;比较两组术前和术后3、6、12个月椎前软组织厚度。结果:试验组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间与住院时长均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后3、6、12个月椎前软组织厚度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组优良率高于对照组,且吞咽困难发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相对于传统融合器钢板内固定系统,采取零切迹颈椎前路椎间融合固定系统手术治疗单节段颈椎间盘突出症患者,可明显减少患者术中出血量,缩短手术时间与住院时长,降低术后椎前软组织厚度与吞咽困难发生率,提升疗效。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of zero notch anterior cervical interbody fusion and fixation system in the treatment of single level cervical disc herniation.Method:A total of 60 patients with single level cervical disc herniation admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to January 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional fusion plate internal fixation system,and the experimental group was treated with zero notch anterior cervical interbody fusion and fixation system.The postoperative follow-up was 1 year.The perioperative indexes,treatment effect and the incidence of dysphagia were compared between the two groups.The prevertebral soft tissue thickness of the two groups were compared before surgery,3,6 and 12 months after surgery.Result:The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of operation and hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The prevertebral soft tissue thickness of the experimental group at 3,6 and 12 months after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of dysphagia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional fusion plate internal fixation system,adopt zero notch anterior cervical intervertebral fusion fixation system operation in the treatment of patients with single level cervical disc herniation,can obviously reduce the intraoperative bleeding amount of patients,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,reduce the postoperative prevertebral soft tissue thickness and the incidence of dysphagia,improve curative effect.
