摘要
脊髓型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic myelopathy,CSM)是颈椎病中较严重的类型,因其临床症状复杂,严重影响患者的身体健康和生活质量,一旦确诊,需及时行手术治疗。CSM的手术方案以前路减压融合术式为主,前路手术能有效去除置压物,缓解临床症状,且经多年的临床随访,均获得满意的疗效。研究者对脊髓型颈椎病前路减压融合手术的研究进展进行综述。
Cervical spondylosis myelopathy is a more serious type, because it can lead to complex clinical symptoms and seriously affect the quality of life of patients, therefore, once diagnosed, surgery is very necessary. The main surgieal treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy, anterior decompression and fusion, can effectively remove the pressure, relieve symptoms, and after years of clinical follow-ups, results were satisfactory, the research progress of anterior decompression and fusion for cervical spondylotic myelopathy was reviewed.
