摘要
目的:探讨HPV感染患者应用膦甲酸钠联合干扰素治疗对其临床疗效与HPV转阴率的影响。方法:选取2017年7月-2019年7月本院收治的HPV感染患者78例。根据使用药物的不同分为对照组和研究组,每组39例。对照组应用干扰素治疗,研究组应用膦甲酸钠联合干扰素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、宫颈炎评分、HPV转阴率、HR-HPV病毒载量。结果:研究组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组子宫颈炎评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组HPV转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组HR-HPV病毒载量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对HPV感染患者治疗过程当中,膦甲酸钠联合干扰素治疗不仅可以提高临床疗效,还可以提高HPV转阴率,帮助患者尽快恢复,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Foscarnet Sodium combined with Interferon on the clinical efficacy and the rate of HPV negative conversion in patients with HPV infection.Method:A total of 78 patients with HPV infection admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into control group and study group according to the different use of drugs,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Interferon,and the study group was treated with Foscarnet Sodium combined with Interferon.Clinical efficacy,cervicitis score,HPV negative conversion rate and HR-HPV viral load were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of cervicitis in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HPV conversion rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,HR-HPV viral load in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of HPV infected patients,Foscarnet Sodium combined with Interferon therapy can not only improve the clinical efficacy,but also improve the negative conversion rate of HPV to help patients recover as soon as possible,which should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
