摘要
目的:建立黄冈市区育龄女性抗苗勒管激素(AMH)参考区间。方法:选取2019年3-12月本院收治的黄冈市区育龄女性200例,依据年龄分为育龄早期(20~34岁,n=151)与育龄晚期(35~50岁,n=49);根据研究期间处于的月经周期时期分为卵泡早期(n=118)与黄体中期(n=82)。比较不同育龄期及不同月经周期时期AMH及相关激素水平,分析AMH与年龄以及月经周期相关性。建立黄冈市地区育龄女性抗苗勒管激素的参考区间。结果:卵泡早期与黄体中期AMH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。育龄早期AMH水平明显高于育龄晚期(P<0.05)。卵泡早期雌二醇(E_(2))与黄体酮(P)水平明显低于黄体中期,且促卵泡激素(FSH)水平高于黄体中期(P<0.05)。育龄早期催乳素(PRL)水平高于育龄晚期(P<0.05);AMH水平与年龄存在负相关性(P<0.05),AMH水平与月经周期时期无明显相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以百分位数法(P_(2.5),P_(97.5))作为标准,建立育龄女性的血清AMH参考值区间,21~30岁:0.9~11.5 ng/mL,31~40岁:0.23~11.45 ng/mL,41~50岁:0.35~3.28 ng/mL。结论:建立黄冈市区育龄区期女性AMH参考区间,有利于了解该地区不孕女性的卵巢功能以及生育潜力。
Objective:To establish the reference interval of anti mullerian hormone(AMH)for women of childbearing age in Huanggang City.Method:A total of 200 women of childbearing age in Huanggang City were selected from March to December 2019.According to their age,they were divided into early childbearing age(20-34 years old,n=151)and late childbearing age(35-50 years old,n=49).According to the menstrual cycle phase during the study period,they were divided into early follicle phase(n=118)and middle corpus luteum phase(n=82).The levels of AMH and related hormones in different childbearing ages and different menstrual cycles phase were compared.The correlation between AMH and childbearing ages and menstrual cycle phase were analyzed.The reference interval of AMH in women of childbearing age in Huanggang City was established.Result:There was no significant difference in the level of AMH between early follicle phase and middle corpus luteum phase(P>0.05).The level of AMH in early childbearing age was significantly higher than that in late childbearing age(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol(E_(2))and progesterone(P)in early follicle phase were significantly lower than those in middle corpus luteum phase,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)was higher than that in middle corpus luteum phase(P<0.05).The level of prolactin(PRL)in early childbearing age was higher than that in late childbearing age(P<0.05).AMH level was negatively correlated with age(P<0.05).AMH level was not significantly correlated with menstrual cycles phase,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Percentile method(P_(2.5),P_(97.5))was used as the standard to establish the reference range of serum AMH in women of childbearing age,21-30 years old:0.9-11.5 ng/mL,31-40 years old:0.23-11.45 ng/mL,41-50 years old:0.35-3.28 ng/mL.Conclusion:The establishment of AMH reference interval for women of childbearing age in Huanggang City is beneficial to understand the ovarian function and fertility potential of infertile women in this area.
