摘要
针对杜66块面积火驱井组类别划分依据不清、矛盾认识不明确、调控方法单一的问题,提出新的井组划分依据,分析井组主要矛盾并实施精选层位、调整气量、优化引效、完善井网的调控对策。对98个面积井组根据井组尾气量高低划分为高温氧化、增压受效、未见效三大类,依据转驱前后井组增产量高低划分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三类。井组平面和纵向矛盾较突出,平面矛盾按照高温氧化井组、增压受效井组、未见效井组逐渐增高,纵向矛盾主要体现在吸气不均,纵向吸气程度为70.4%,主力吸气层为杜Ⅰ1砂岩组。现场实践表明:实施小井距挖潜、降低渗透率极差等精选层位措施,可以实现井组升级;实施动态增加注气强度的措施,可以促进地层持续燃烧;实施细化分级的吞吐引效措施,可以调整火线推进,提高井组效益;实施复产、治砂、治水等措施,可以完善井网增加开井率。通过四项调控措施,阶段实现22个井组升级,为面积火驱井组下步调控提供指导。
Aiming at the issues of unclear classification basis,unclear understanding of contradictions and single control method of well group with combustion drive in areal well pattern of Du66 Block,a new classification basis for well group is put forward,and the main contradictions of well group are analyzed.The control measures of horizon selecting,gas volume adjusting,drainage effect optimizing and well pattern perfecting are implemented.Ninety-eight areal well groups are divided into high temperature oxidation,pressurization effect,no response three categories according to the exhaust gas volume,andⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲthree categories according to the incremental oil production after drive pattern change.For the well groups,plane and longitudinal contradiction is prominent,and the former is greater gradually from the well groups of high temperature oxidation to that of pressurization effect and that of no response.Uneven suction reflects the longitudinal contradiction mainly with70.4%of vertical suction degree and DuⅠ1 sandstone formation as major suction layer.The field practice shows that well group upgrading can be achieved by taking the measures of formation selecting on tapping the potential with small well spacing and reducing the permeability ratio.The measures of dynamic increase of gas injection intensity can promote the continuous combustion of the formation.The implementation of refining and grading of huff and puff can adjust the fire line advance and improve the benefit of the well groups;the well pattern can be improved and the well opening rate can be increased after the measures of produc-tion restoring,sand control and water control.After four control measures,22 well groups were upgraded in stages,which may provide guidance for the next step control of combustion drive in the areal well groups.
