摘要
延安时期的新闻事业既是信息传播的重要阵地,也是战时舆论动员的主要渠道。然而延安时期的新闻队伍建设却面临着诸多现实困境,严重制约着党的新闻工作的开展。为此,中国共产党克服烽火硝烟下的重重困难,因时制宜、因地制宜地探索出新闻教育的四种实践路径:编辑记者的在职教育、通讯员网的社会教育、干部院校的选修课教育和综合大学的专业教育。其在实践探索中完成了党的新闻教育由战时零散模式过渡到正规化、常规化和制度化的历史蜕变,为党培养了大量无产阶级新闻战士,对巩固党的新闻舆论战线起到了关键性作用。其所积累的历史经验对当前新闻教育工作仍然具有重要的启示意义。
The journalism in Yan′an period is not only an important position for information dissemination,but also a main channel for public opinion mobilization in wartime.However,the construction of news team in Yan′an period is facing many practical difficulties,which seriously restricts the development of the CPC′s news work.To this end,the Communist Party of China has overcome many difficulties under the war,and explored four practical paths of journalism education according to local conditions in-service education of editors and journalists,social education of correspondent network,elective course education of Cadre Colleges and professional education of comprehensive universities.In the practical exploration,it has completed the historical transformation of the party′s journalism education from the scattered mode in wartime to the normalization,routinization and institutionalization,trained a large number of proletarian journalists for the party,and played a key role in consolidating the party′s news and public opinion front.Its accumulated historical experience is still enlightening to the current news education.
