摘要中文纳入海外国家国民教育体系是中文国际传播能力建设的重要步骤,也是提升中文和中华文化影响力的重要途径。在东南亚各国拉力和我国推力共同作用下,中文已正式纳入东南亚7国国民教育体系。中文纳入东南亚国家国民教育体系虽已初见成效,但中文纳入国民教育体系的广度和深度仍然有限,亟须推进中文教育与传播在东南亚地区的深度覆盖。基于此,提出从个人、学校、国家三个层面全面推进中文纳入东南亚各国国民教育体系的建议:推动中文有效供给,满足个人中文学习需求;推进教育机构协同发展,创造语言选择的学校语境;争取对象国的支持,实现中文从“走出去”向“走进去”转变。 The integration of Chinese language into the national education system of overseas countries is an important step in the construction of Chinese international communication capacity,as well as an important way to enhance the influences of Chinese language and Chinese culture.Under the joint action of the pull of Southeast Asian countries and the push of China,Chinese language has been formally incorporated into the National Education System of seven Southeast Asian countries.Although Chinese language integrated into the National Education System of Southeast Asian countries has produced initial results,the breadth and depth of Chinese language into the National Education System are still limited and the depth coverage of Chinese education and communication in Southeast countries need to be pushed further.Therefore,this paper puts forward suggestions to comprehensively advance the incorporation of Chinese language into the National Education Systems of Southeast Asian countries from the perspectives of people,schools,and countries as follows:to provide effective supply of Chinese language and meet the needs of personal Chinese learning;to promote collaborative development of educational institutions and create the school environment of language selection;to strive for the support of the target country and realize the convert of Chinese language“going out”to“going in”.
